InFrame super-charges human teams with clarity and confidence.

By Monty Mohon

Teams and organizations have four behaviors. Two work together and build a foundation for remarkable. The other two, left as they are, will destroy everything. And now, as if it’s not difficult enough to lead others, we have an entirely new team group: AI.

As AI impacts work, it’s never been more urgent for humans to set the guidance for the behavior of their teams and organizations as noted in a recent McKinsey report by Bob Sternfels, Børge Brende, and Daniel Pacthod. Titled: Leadership is always critical—but AI is making it more important than ever.

“Recent McKinsey Global Institute research on skill partnerships in the age of AI suggests that people, agents, and robots will increasingly be working side by side to facilitate workflows. In this environment, CEOs and other C-suite leaders will not always be the smartest people in the room. As a result, traditional command-and-control approaches are likely to fall flat. It will be much more important, instead, for these leaders to create the context in which their teams can successfully navigate AI-informed process changes, role changes, and other internal and external business disruptions.

Leaders will need to give teams a set of guardrails (clear values and decision rights) and establish new definitions of quality while fostering a sense of trust and collaboration as new challenges emerge and business conditions [change] evolve.”

InFrame Today

Multi-dimensional changes of teamwork are here and they will impact you and our future. How are you going to navigate?

Even if you are a sports team, the infusion, adoption and decision making impact of data and AI is real. Many will take a wait-and-see approach. But some, will go to work right now to ensure they are making things clear for the human team, who in turn can guide the combination teams of people and tech.

For those who take the reins of human guidance, they will build team and work cultures which can be strengthened by data and AI and its emerging functions—not be threatened by them.

Email us right now and let’s talk about what InFrame can do for you.
